Terms of sale.

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern all sales of SmartLED® products made through the website smartled.ai (the "Website") by SmartLed Mask L.L.C-FZ, a Limited Liability Company registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E., under license number 2647542.01 ("SmartLED", "we", "us").

Placing an order on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

The Website offers the SmartLED® AI-LED facial mask and related accessories. Product photographs, descriptions, and specifications are provided in good faith and for information purposes. Minor variations may occur and do not engage our liability.

The SmartLED device is a wellness product intended to support skincare routines. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Prices are displayed on the Website in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes (where applicable) are calculated and displayed before order confirmation and are borne by the customer.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

An order is deemed final once the customer has (i) validated the cart, (ii) accepted these Terms, and (iii) successfully completed payment. An order confirmation is then sent by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the customer, non-payment of a previous order, fraud suspicion, or any other legitimate reason.

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. The customer guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the payment method chosen.

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully authorized and captured.

Products are shipped worldwide via our logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are indicated at checkout and are provided for information purposes only.

Risk of loss and damage transfers to the customer upon delivery. Any visible damage or missing item must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt at support@smartled.ai, together with photographs where applicable.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Any failed delivery due to an incorrect address or absence at delivery may result in additional shipping fees.

The customer has 14 days from the date of receipt to request the return of an unused product in its original condition and packaging. Return requests must be submitted to support@smartled.ai with the order reference.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error attributable to us. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

For hygiene reasons, products that have been used cannot be returned unless defective.

SmartLED® products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, or normal wear.

To make a warranty claim, contact support@smartled.ai with the order reference and a description of the issue.

All content on the Website (texts, images, videos, logos, trademarks, designs, software) is the exclusive property of SmartLed Mask L.L.C-FZ or its licensors. Any use without prior written consent is prohibited.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

The customer is responsible for reading the instructions provided with the device and for respecting the contraindications and safety guidelines. Consult a healthcare professional in case of doubt.

Personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, government actions, transportation failures, or supply chain disruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Meydan Free Zone. Any dispute arising from a sale shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, U.A.E., unless mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country of residence provide otherwise.
